BCT, Inc. introduces Cruising for Credits to provide skills enhancement continuing education courses for Counselors, Social Workers, Rehabilitation Counselors, and Substance Abuse Professionals. We offer both customized training and generalized courses for a wide variety of mental health topics, including training for Ethics, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relapse Prevention, ADD/ADHD, Hypnotherapy, Stress Reduction and Veteran/Military Issues.
Bryan Consulting & Training, (BCT) was founded in 2004, by Debra Bryan, a licensed professional counselor and trainer. The idea for starting a Cruise training division was formed when Debra couldn't find any continuing education on cruise ships like doctors, nurses, and attorneys have. Since she loves to cruise and to learn, the idea to expand her company was born.

BCT's Cruising for Credits is dedicated to providing the best training and that means we hire the best trainers. Meet some of our staff.
Debra Bryan, MS, NCC, CMLC, LPC, executive director of BCT, is an outstanding, informative trainer. She is a licensed professional counselor and certified clinical hypnotherapist. Debra has extensive experience in the psychotherapy field and has worked both overseas and in the US. She has trained hundreds of professional therapists and military personnel. She incorporates concepts from many years of counseling and traveling to make for an entertaining, fun training.
Sallie Trecek, MA, MS, CMLC, LPC has a masters in French and in Counseling Psychology. She was a teacher in the public schools for over 30 years and is now a licensed professional counselor and certified hypnotherapist. Sallie has traveled extensively and brings a unique perspective to the normal boring CE trainings. She will entertain, inform and make sure the training is not boring. She has been a trainer and team builder for professionals, the military, and public entities.
Tonda Roberts, CLIA, IATA has been a cruise agent in her own firm for over 10 years. She is our go to person for all things related to the cruise portion of your training. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and can help you find the cruise training of your dreams.
